According to reports being received it seems that Dialog TV are well on their way to replace the SET SAB channel with another. From yesterday the name SET SAB has been changed to "Test" in the channel list and has been scrambled to all subscribers.
The scrambling indicates that a new channel is already on air and is being tested and it would be available to subscribers once it has been unscrambled.
We are unable to obtain any information as to what the new channel will be and we hope that our fellow bloggers will be able to provide us with more information. We are also made to understand that Dialog TV is contemplating replacing the channel Animax with another one. We hope that this replacement does not occur since Animax is an English Language Channel and has some good programmes. If Dialog TV wants to replace some channels then they should do so by replacing the existing Hindi channels. We hope that NO new Hindi channels are introduced.

If they introduce a good english channel for SET SAB, the "Set Plan 6"
also be a good choice !
I whould recomend DD Sports to be included into the DTV. It gives some good live sports events and will tellecast big events like the oliympics. Non of the sports channels telecasted Oliympics 2004 live. Only DD Sports did.
I think its going to be a relegious channel,Islam or Hindu.
I'll confirm when it is 100% decided.

Although im not im favour of another religious channel, i guess its fair enough to a muslim or hindu channel, since there is a buddhist & christian one already.
Hope they consider including ART TV or ETV or another music channel or DD sports.

Fair enough. After all, unity amongst religions is the foundation for peace.Dialog TV is correct in this instance to cater to the hindu and islamic population, as the buddhists and christians already have religous channels to cater to their spiritual needs. fairness amongst viewers and bloggers regarding this move is crucial with no adverse communal comments please!

I spoke 2 1 cc girl & 1 guy they didnt even know that SET SAB was not working, the guy asked me what is the channel no !!!
SO ITS OBIVIOUS THAT SENDING MAILS TO CC EMAIL ADDRESS REGARDING CHANNELS IS A USELESS IDEA AND WHAT KIDO-CMB DOES PORKE INTO THE CC MANAGER DASS'S MAILS AND POSE THEM HERE THROUGH HIS BLACKBERRY.
Commenting here after a long time. But I have been reading the blog when-ever I get the chance.
I would prefer the Disney Channel, but I dont think they will add that without a hefty increase, even for 1400+, users.
But one can always hope!.

All three channels are good for us. Which can be choosen?
Can you vote against a religious channel like Q TV?
Is Channel [V] more important than Disney Channel? Is Disney Channel of more value than Channel [V]?
I guess it is up to Dialog to decide.
Meanwhile, regarding the price, I don't think they will increase prices now. But later on they will talk big about giving it free to customers before a certain date and make it is big thing.
I'm eager to see what is coming next on Dialog TV.
4th TP start next month
