Many Dialog TV subscribers specially those in the old Dialog TV premium package of Rs 1400/= and in lower packages are in the process of purchasing alternative pay television connections such as Dish TV, PEO TV or LBN. The main reason behind this is the attitude adopted by Dialog TV towards the premium susbcribers. Subscribers of the Rs 1400/= premium package were told that they will be able to access all the new channels but now only the Rs 1949/= premium package users have been allocated with the new channel Bloomberg TV. This has caused many subscribers to believe that a major portion of the new channels will be allocated to this package. Even the Rs 1949/= subscribers are weary of the situation since they are of the opinion that when Dialog TV introduces a newer higher valued package the Rs 1949/= package will loose its premium status.
This has caused many loyal Dialog TV subscribers to move to alternatives even those who were actively fighting for CBNsat during the days of the controversial closure.
The only way Dialog TV can remedy the situation is to give all channels equally for the Rs 1400/= and Rs 1949/= premium packages. We believe that Dialog TV management is not dumb to mess up a business venture such as this but then we never know.

I caution all current Dialog TV subscribers and also any would be future prospective Dialog TV "Premium" customers to be aware of the dirty tactics being adopted by Dialog TV towards "Premium" subscribers, as somewhere down the line, you would be auto-downgraded to being "Non -Premium",without a doubt, as it has happened already to many many loyal "premium" subscribers who have paid "premium" charges, and have stuck with Dialog TV thru the initial hard times, but now have to face the harsh reality of corporate marketing bullying tactics and overall let down of customers coupled with broken promises. Dont believe a word they say, when trying to promotr a package to you, especially, a "premium" package, saying that you are getting the cfeam of channels, and all future channels as well. They lie thru their teeth, to get their monthly targets achieved. You would most probably be down graded when operating costs go up. and a newer "Delux Super Duper Sucker Premium Package" is introduced towith the same promises all over again.
Be careful when considering Dialog TV, as a cable TV option, as ultimately, customer let down is the result.

I think we are getting a little ahead of ourselves here. We need to wait and c what exactly DTV decides on the pkg business. Regardless i have a few questions though;
- if they decide not to give us (old CBNSat customers) access to the new channels, do we not have a case to say they MUST then at least give us ALL the premium channels promissed in our older premium pkg? So, stuff like Animax, Reality etc., that were taken off should be reintroduced for us?
- again, from an ethical standpoint, forcing 1400/- customers to upgrade to the 1900/- is simply WRONG! DTV should have the balls to honour the previous company agreements laid out when they took over CBNSat. If not, does anyone know if old CMBSat customers have cause for a case against DTV for marginalising customers/ unfair trage practices???
overall, I think we cannot let companies like this bully us, if that is what is about to happen... which I seriously hope is not what DTV intend to do!
Bloomberg channel is enable for my account I'm a 1400/= pacage holder. This was there four days ago.... and still there ????

Evidently the decision has already been made by DTV, as todays newspapers proudly proclaim that Bloomburg Channel is "Auto Acivated for all 1949/- package holders". If 1400/-+ Vat, the "Original Premium Package Holders", have been considered at all, it would say, "Auto Activated for Premium Packages", and NOT specify the 1949/- package, implying it to be the "premium Package", and automatically implying that no other package is considered as such.
So dont kid yourself, its a done deal.

News spreads fast, as already a lot of people are talking about the "Dialog TV Premium package Con". Word gets around the industry like wildfire, and also amongst prospective customers, who will most likely be targetted some point down the line.
The general public should be made aware of a company with unethical business practice, especially in todays context with the economic downturn, and the problems and hardships people are facing due to the fact that our rupee does not go a long way, and the diminishing value attached to it.
Dialog Tv is not the way to go...
In an ethical business climate, customers are generally not downgraded automatically, but rather upgraded due to loyalty.
DTV is going the other way.

sure looks like step mother treatment. I been a 1400 package holder feels the same way that I have been discriminated against. As Micheal said old customers who went through the mill during troubled times and were loyal enough has been forgotten in their greediness to go for greener pastures.

The word "Premium", once defined actually refers to the top of the range, does it not? Does it not imply that there is no other higher package?
Even if a higher package with a newer name should be introduced, is it not a fact that the "Premium" still constitutes the upper end of the yard stick, and will have all the benefits still continue for it?
So whats happening here...
Does introducing another Top end package with a higher rental mean that "premium" is no longer premium? OK, given the fact, should not the total benefits continue, and Premium customers still be "Premium Customers"?, in spite of not having the current name tag of "Premium".,

I did not receive the dialog tv magazine for the last month and this month. Have they stopped giving it now?
I too didn't get programme guide for last 2 months i think they will stop sending it. remember the survey . on another note i am amazed to learn that to change our pkg to another dtv charges rs 2500, nice trap . premium pkg hell no.
Even I don't receive printed programme guide now.. and DTV's EPG doesn't work most of the time...
DTV is giving Bloomberg only to 'Rs.1949 Premium' holders when it's available in all 3 packages offered by LBN. When it's a FTA channel, why only offer if to 'Rs.1949 Premium' package holders? "UNFAIR & UNETHICAL"
Also, I recently lodged a complaint to DTV about Nick and CN's Hindi dubbed programmes.. All they had to say was "we use the Indian feed and we don't edit".. I was asking the guy why they can't get the English feed from them as it's available on other satellite providers but in return he said 'they cannot do anything about that'. I don't know if you have noticed Nick and CN on LBN, they are providing the english feed from India..
Why can't DTV do the same...?

but they take you to the past and you seems to be pulling your father along with you. why i say this,
because dialog offers only voice calls free, but upahara video calls also free. imagine , in years time mobitel uses will take only video calls and you guys will just take boring voice calls. and communication freedom is more with upahara. dont be that much loyal to the network and try to make an elephant out of a mouse! let your father to get upahara benifits or else give that sim to a blogger here! and i hope mobitel will introduse good package to whole public with per second billing soon. guys, any news about that? if you have please publish here. i'm waiting for that and airtel to choose, had enough with dialog.
meantime i got iptv connection. its good and 29 channels per 1000 base package. HBO pack 400 more but i dont want that as i m not a big film lover. sports channels will be available next week, about 40-50 per channel per month along with star movies.and picture quality and sounds are really good. but as i havent used dialog tv cant compare accurately, but what i experienced with singer mega dialog tv pictures, iptv is very much better.
IPTV too expensive at least now. even though start up payment is cheaper than dialog.
Looks like DTV Headend Decoders don’t have Audio channel selection facility, It has one channel & its Hindi only, If DishTV can have English track, DTV also should have it on Asian feed.What to do guys, Until DTV learn from bloggers about other DTH providers, send your children to Sakvthi-hindi class or move to Indian DTH provider. PEO TV going to be too expensive when it completes with Movies & Sports. Cable guy LBN also too expensive even without leasing Satellite transponders like DialogTV. Until Srilankan Gov get its planed communication satellite launched DTH wont be very cheap here.

This morning (from 6.00-7.00) Dora the explorer and blues clues were in hindi. Today is Sunday and kids want to watch cartoon. I prefer those programmes as they are more educational. But they are in hindi.
Then I turned to Discovery and Nat. Geo, both carry hindi telemearketting progs.

Apart from the sports channels and the HBO channels Dialog tv gives all Hindi scrap. Even after sometime the kids will start talking to you in Hindi. Look at the price Rs2000+. Quality of the picture is very poor.
Have you heard any DTH provider in the world asking for a fee to down grade your package?
You can waite and see but I have my doubts. Without competion Dialog tv will never improve. All yours.

Hi, re your comment, just to clarify,nowhere have i commented that DTV package holders should migrate asap to other networks. I have simply said that I would consider migrating due to the discriminatory behaviour adopted by DTV, and my disappointment with regard to same. I also have tried to ascertain the actual situation of the original 1400/- +vat "Premium Package", and the displeasure and disappointment we feel due to not being classified as Premium customers anymore. I have also assumed that this type of customer downgrading might be a common occurance down the line. As kumara has said, I also agree with the fact that not having Bloomberg is no reason to take hasty decisions, as the existing channel line up is sufficient for quality viewing pleasure, and also as migrating will incur another capital charge, and todays economic situ dos not justify it. So, please dont take my views to be Anti-DTV, I am just expressing my disappointment with whats happening to loyal customers. Your decision to stick with, or migrate, will depend on your satisfaction as a customer, and whether your viewing needs are met or not, as we as bloggers would comment re any situ, as thats what we are expected to do in this instance. Letting bloggers comments influance anybody in any direction is bound to happen anyway.

TO MY KNOWLEDGE THERE ARE NO DIFFERENT AGREEMENT FOR DIFFERENT PACKAGES. WE ALL HAVE ONE AGREEMENT. I HAVE MY AGREEMENT WITH ME WHICH WAS FOR 900/- PKG LATER WHICH WAS UPGRADED TO 1400/- WITH DTV.
ANYWAY IT IS OF NO USE NOW AS DTV HAS FORCIBLY REPLACED IT WITH THEIR OWN AGREEMENT DURING MPEG4 CONGERSION.

I think you should wait and see what happens with IPTV and ANY INDIAN DTH . Like you i also spent money first on COMET CABLE and now DTV but we never get our money's worth. Like podiman said we are in a no win situation can't even downgrade pkg without losing money.

I just clarified my position.
Anyway, I think we are just being human :)
Did we ever have time to watch 56 channels, leave alone 18 newer ones? We just dont wanna be left out of the on going add-ons. I myself am satisfied with the number of channels currently running, but at the same time I am hugely disappointed with the rain fade, discriminatory package downgrade and related treatment, and maybe anothet few issues. But other than that no worries. I was just letting off steam due to the feeling of being tricked and hoodwinked, being auto-downgraded.
But we have to stick together and comment on those issues, as consumers, if we are to get a realistic, fair deal from any provider. So you may find me highlighting many shortcomings, but that does not mean that I am against any provider, but again, its the human element talking. :-) LOL.

i've dtv since the CBNSat age and been a blogger for two years.
from the start i had the 900/= package and i still have the same. (dtv no more issue this package)
it is a fact that dtv has double standards when treating old CBNSat and DTV package holders. specially 1400/= package.
My suggestion is if you guys can afford installment for better DTH operator or IPTV, go for it.
But i suggest, be patient for the time being and see what IPTV line up will be and see whether DTV will change their double standards.

as far as I know, "Premium",. whether CBNSat 900/=, DTV 1400/-, or DTV 1949/-, is still very much supposed to be "Premium".
Customers were asked to take advantage of the then-current premium package "rate", to avoid having to pay the higher priced offering being made later on for customers who did not take advantage of those offers.
So what gives...
All the above are still very much "premium package holders", and should insist on getting all additional channels being given.
Until DTV notifies the above customers "in writing", that they are no longer considered as Premium Package holders, They shall remain so. iT WILL BE INTERESTING TO SEE ON WHAT BASIS THEY MAKE THIS ASCERTION.
There is no legal basis to
downgrade "premium packages", if the signed agreement states that the highest pricd package has been subscribed for as at the specific agreement signed date. That makes it the premium package.
I kindly request any blogger with legal knowledge to correct me if I am wrong, as this is a laymans view re the lagality of holding a premium package.
So lets see how it goes.
DTV cannot juggle about as and how they please.

It is you who have understood the matter under discussion here. Unfortunately you have got your wires crossed. It is not whether Premium customers should get every new channel or it. It is the fact that Premium customers have now been split in to TWO groups depending on the rental they pay where there was no such distiction earlier.
According to DTV's earlier promise the two groups were equal in every aspect except the rental. We pay a lower rental as we signed up earlier.
Whatever channels dialog decides to add to the Premium package they should add to ALL premium customers. They have the right not to do so and discriminated between customers. However, when customers realise they are being treated shabbily they will decide to look at alternatives. Market forces at work.

Yeah right! According to their marketing policy, if they plan to down grade us from premium customer status, we have to keep quiet! Mate, that time is far gone. DTV cannot do what they want based on so called "marketing policy" here. We have our rights as old CBN customers.
We are asking nothing for free. Bloomberg is a FTA channel. With addition of Bloomberg, DTV "for the first time" discriminated between the old premium customers who pay Rs. 1610/- and new customers who pay 2200/-. We believe that they will continue this discriminatory practice.
If they want to increase our subs, they could have asked. But mind you, we can already get a better quality service for less with Indian service providers. But at least, we were treated fairly.
Now we feel that we were downgraded without a ground. We feel DTV treated us like SHIT.
We ask nothing for free. If we want things free, we would NOT have been the initial PREMIUM customers. We were ready to pay HIGH at that time for a better service and so are we now. However, we are concious and we don't want to be cheated.

But we are not asking for addtional benefits or any such thing here kumara.
The point is "Premium" customers are now split in to two.
How can DTV discriminate the 1610/-premium package holders, just because they are paying less? That amount was the highest rate at that time, and subsequent rate increases in packages do not justify the down grading of the premium package held throughout and introduced earlier. How did we become lesser premium than the current newer premium? we paid top price throughout our usage, and not a cent less than what we contracted for. If my contract specifies the top of the range package, I never signed another to down grade it, nor requested for it by any means, so as far as I am concerned, I am still in the top package. Forget the term "Premium".
We are still in the top package, are we not,? you get what I am saying?...

We have not purchased Dish TV cause we have a fortune. But DTV is fooling around. I save about LKR 860 by using dish tv and within just over an year i recover the cost of the STB. (LKR 12,500)
We all hoped and also given valuable feedback to DTV to improve their services but all that was like playing a violin to a deaf elephant !
DTV is very very arrogant !
We should be more rewarded by DTV as we were CBNSat / DTV customers long before the newer higher-priced pkgs were introduced. We are loyal customers who chose DTV over other providers, and also contracted for the highest priced package, and paid the highest monthly rental for god knows how long..
Is this what we get for being loyal initial customers of DTV?
Its a sad situ, and a slur on DTV marketing if they are to treat customer loyalty this way.
We should be AUTO-UPGRADED!!NOT THE OTHER WAY!

Fighting will also have no result. Actually we have fought a lot in the past for simple things which they cant resolve up to date. Audio feed of kids channels is one good example !
So let's just mind our own business. Bloomberg is a FTA Channel. Not worth paying anything. In Dish TV whenever they add a channel to their lineup it is visible to entire maxi package holders without any discrimination of whether "OLD Maxi" or "New Maxi"
I'm tired with DTV. Blog Admin knows what we did during the past.
So I used my freedom to choose a new operator !
Have seen BIG TV also in the yesterdays HIT AD ! Bit expensive at the moment but eventually it will also come down to around LKR 10,000 ~ 12,500

During the last blackout period I personally act on behalf of CBNSat. I gave my full contribution towards CBNSat. Even I argued several times with Alf when he tried to promote Dishtv here. B’cos I strongly believed that by using DTV I contributed to sri lankan company who is fighting against foreign multinational company.
But I was wrong. I apology for my past comments. Now I strongly believe I was cheated by DTV. Today I agree with ALF.

a.If I disconnect my DTV connection, will I receive Local channels , b’cos they are Free Of Charge?
b.What is the possibility of using my CBNSat dish & LNB for use with DishTV. If it is possible what is the price advantage?

a. If u disconnect your DTV connection you will only see "THE BUDDHIST" channel. All the other are encrypted including local channels. You have to at least get the LKR 250 pkg to get the local channels.
b. You can use the CBNSat dish & LNB for DishTV. Cost of the 2 will be around LKR 2500/=
c. You have to analyse whats best for you ! DishTV, TataSky , SUN DIRECT or BigTV ?
Can anybody tell me a DTH company in the world who is charging a fee to downgrade??? Why don't Dialog tv ask a fee to upgrade too.

DTV HAS THE HUGE POTENTIAL TO IMPROVE AND INCREASE THEIR CUSTOMER BASE BUT THEY SIMPLY AREN'T BOTHERED. LET ALONE IMPROVING THE NUMBER OF CHANNELS, THEY DON'T EVEN IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF THEIR EXISTING CHANNELS. (PROVIDE ENGLISH FEED FOR CN & NICK) MOST OF US HAVE PUT UP WITH DTV FOR SO LONG BUT THEIR EXPLOITATIONS NEVER END. DTV NEVER BOTHER TO LISTEN TO CUSTOMERS.. DISH TV added 3 more NEW channels now.
Out of which ZEE TAMIL is one.
Now, you will get 16 tamil channels on DISH TV.

In other news we have received reports of the updated package rates that will be implemented by October 1st 2007. The new revised package rates are said to be
1) The Rs 500/= package will be Rs 550/= (+ vat) with addition 4 channels - Al Jazeera, NDTV 24X7, Australia Network and Star Vijay.
2) The Rs 900/= package is expected to be increased to Rs 1550/= (+vat) with additional 9 channels - Hallmark, SRTV, Star World, Star Plus and Neo Sports plus the 4 additional channels in Rs 550/= package.
3) The Rs 1400/= package will be Rs 2100(+vat) with additional channels - HBO, HBO Signature, HBO Family, HBO Hits, Cinemax, Star Movies, Neo Plus and Ten Sports plus the additional channels in the above two packages. Star Cricket is not mentioned but since the Star Package is mentioned we believe that it will be allocated to this package since Dialog are not too foolish to allocate Star Cricket to the Rs 2100/= package or are they?
The above rates are valid only for subscribers who purchase on or after October 1st 2007 and present subscribers will continue with the current subscription rates as usual. It should be said that Dialog are very foolish at implementing the new rates in this manner since this takes the connections out of the reach of the ordinary man. We correct our wording since we said that a new package over Rs 1400/= will have to be called a Millionaires Package but we correct ourselves and hereby term the new Rs 2100/= package as Billionaires Package. It is said that the fourth transponder will be available in September with another 14 channels consisting of the Fox Channels and Asian feeds of Star Sports and ESPN, etc. However since these channels are expensive they would have to be allocated to a higher package mainly for those who can afford them and these could have been in a Rs 2100 package. Changing the present Rs 1400/= package which consists of the basic pay television channels which LBN provides with more channels for Rs 1100/= is a BIG MISTAKE by Dialog. This move will result in a reduction of Dialog TV sales.

Like i said earlier, i DO NOT agree with DTV marketing policies & package changes etc. I was just speaking to C/C now and i told them so. As usual they had various excuses for it.
What im saying is that I beleive they have to charge us extra for adding PREMIUM channels, for the simple areson that they cost more.
As elakiri said i wont be suprised if they extend the "special offer" if they dont reach their target of customers by 30th sept.

Then there will be no probelms if ppl want to pay more and watch premium channels then they can migrate to 2100/- and anytime they want to they can downgrade to 1400/- just by paying the package adjustment charge.
With the proposed change what will happen to a customers who wants to downgrade from 2100/-?
DTV's motives are different thats why they are allegedlly getting rid of old package structers.
I use the words allegdlly because i believe 90% that this this is just a marketing tactic by dialog. In fact I dont belive they are going to introduce another transponder during the current year.

anyway, we wont be switching to and kinda new package. like 2100 one. coz i really now have enough channels in the lineup to watch.

I dont think we can take C/C guys word over the official position set out by DTV's letter. In that it clearly says that the packages will be changed to newer rates. There is no mention of the existing packages being continued other than saying that existing customers will not have any changes

its obvious by the content in their letter that....existing customers and new comers before 30th sept will be getting it at 1400/-, 900/- etc. but from 1st Oct the same package will be given at 2100/-, 1550/- etc.

I also agree with kumras previous comments. all these talk about premium customer priviledges do not exist at dtv. they will give most of the channells to highest package preaviling at tht time.
so who cares. we dtv customers have to find some other way out. as kumara says either you fight or move out.
so for me i will wait till iptv come in full bloom. may be in three to four months times we should be able to judge the real situation about iptv.
if they are good and quality is ok good bye DTV. who wants all these discriminations and dissapointments and who wants to fight with this dirty shit buggars.
any body who has time and strength can do that but not me.

As we all aware Indian influence was there to Sri Lanka for 1000s of years ! From Rama - Ravana era and from Buddhism to Dish TV we've been always "under influence" by our closed big brother !
And talking to the point all the DTH operators in India is selling their connections here in SL. No one knows the exact number of India DTH STB's here because there is no way of tracking it. But it is definitely a considerable amount is in use. When you stay in a sat tv shop in pettah for an hour you can see their selling rate. It goes like hot-cake !
There's a new channel on 4th TP. It's "Boomerang".

Did anyone go through the tariff page of DTV. They have allocated the FTA Bloomberg channel for 1949/= pack. So guys this time it's not just 25/= it's 449/=. So shall we fight till the last moment before jump into other providers. Lets join hands and fight.
Boomerang - Is a children cartoon channel - I am not getting it as yet - I have this channel on Dish TV - I hope they give the channels for the CBNSAT customers too
I took Dish TV few months ago. At that time I was thinking about to give-up DTV connection. But I changed my mind because of following facts
Picture Quality
DTV : Good (As Average for all channels)
DISH TV : Poor (Some channels have good quality and some of them are worst)
Content Quality
DTV : Good . There are good blend of channels to match with different viewers taste. Also, HBO and Star Movie have no interruptible Advertisements. Of course there are unacceptable things such as CN, NICK and POGO Indian audio feeds etc...
DISH TV : Average. Poor choice among English channels, But there is good choice among indan channels. But almost all channels broadcast boring Mega series teledramas. Most of Hindi movie channels showing old, dull hindi films. HBO and Start Movie always interrupted with ads (during show times)
Value Added Services
DTV : None
DISH TV : Movie On Demand. We can order movie from the web site. Dish TV gives free access for 3 months (not sure, may be more time)

DTV : EPG , SMS, Printed (Selected channels)
DISH TV : EPG
Customer Care
DTV : Poor (Less responsive)
DISH TV : Inaccessible
Value over Content
DTV : Expensive but it is acceptable comparing with IPTV and DISH TV

When we consider overall, I think DTV is still better than DISH TV or IPTV in term of price and content. (IPTV basic package is 1000/= + HBO Channels 400/= + 600/= for Time Shift TV) I have no experiences with BIG TV, Tata Sky or Sun Direct. May be they are better than Dish TV.
I think it is better to wait and see how DTV is going to response for Premium and Non-Premium package problem. Boomberg is not worth (at all) for any one of us. But according to the previous post on this blog, DTV is going to add UTV movie channels and Disney Channels near future. In this case, if they are going to treat the same way as 'Boomberg' , Lets get together and visit DTV office to resolve this matter. I don’t think it is worth to call to CC or send emails.
As we know, DTV is of course a money sucker, but we must get something worth for our money before move to other options. Otherwise, We'll be looser :-(

I have both DTV & DishTV.
Who says Dishtv picture quality is poor? Its Grate. Who watch those hindi, malayalam channels ? Talk about english channels. Those are in good quality.
See the EPG, Its very accurate.Plot for every program.
I can watch all the english channels in DTV premium package for Rs700-800 in Dishtv. I miss only HBO other channels, Australia network, Hallmark ...etc
But isn't it worth for Rs700-800 ?
Finally i could able o watch TNA explosion in English commentaries in DishTV. See the Different with DTV & DishTV.
Does anyone know if DTV has commenced MPEG4 transmissions?

I AM GLAD AT LEAST YOU HAVE THERE TO SHOW OUR PROTEST TO DTV.
I HOPE ONE OF THESE DAYS TO VISIT DTV CENTRE AT WROLD TRADE CENTRE TO MAKE A WRITTEN COMPLAINT REAGRDING ALL THE DISCRIMINATION THEY HAVE DONE PAST TWO YEARS.
THERAFTER WE CAN MAKE A COMPLAINT TO TRC. I WILL PUBLISH BELOW THE TRC PROCEDURE REQUIRED TO MAKE A COMPLAIN ( THIS HAVE PUBLISHED SOMETIME BACK IN THE BLOG ) WE HAVE TO FOLLOW THAT PROCEDURE BEFORE WE GO TO TRC.
Before making a complaint.
• Study your complaint carefully and be clear about it.
• Try to have all the documents relevant to the complaint ready.
• Make the complaint to your service provider. Try to make the complaint always in writing attaching relevant documents. (If you make the complaint over the phone it is better if you could follow it with a letter.)
• Make sure you give all the details needed to process your complaint E.g. Your telephone No, Address copies of the necessary documents.
• Give the description of your complaint briefly and precisely.
After making the complaint
• Keep all the records of your complaint made. (If you made the complaint over the phone the name of the person/s you spoke to, the date. And the answer/s received etc.)
• Give your service provider a reasonable time frame to process the complaint. (Depending on the complaint.) Follow up with them over the phone if possible.
• If you have not received a response or a reasonable solution to your complaint you may appeal to higher authorities/committees formed by the service provider to solve complaints.
• If you still feel if your complaint has not been treated in a reasonable manner or to your satisfaction, you can make the complaint to the TRCSL for further examination.
Complaint to the Consumer Relations Unit
• Please send following if requested by TRCSL.
• Attached copies of correspondence you have had with your service provider, from the very 1st day you made the complaint.
• Copies of the documents, which in your opinion is relevant.
SO LETS GET TOGETHER AND TAKE SOME COLLECTIVE ACTION AGAINST DTV SHIT MARKETING POLICIES.
(AND ANYBODY WHO CAN DRAFT A LETTER QUICKLY, PL PUBLISH THAT IN THE BLOG. SO WHOEVER HAS TIME CAN GO TO DTV CENTRE TO MAKE A CCOMPLAIN.)
